Lookout notice for Lalit Modi

New Delhi, Oct. 15: The Enforcement Directorate, which has issued a “lookout circular” against the former IPL commissioner, Mr Lalit Modi, is likely to book him under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) as well.

The Enforcement Directorate is already probing the alleged Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) violations and the FIR filed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for alleged misappropriation of Rs 470 crore by Mr Modi.
