Kashmir is with india, says Farooq Abdullah
Union minister for new and renewable energy resources Farooq Abdullah has reiterated that Kashmir is an integral part of India.
Speaking after distributing the Panampilly Prathibha Puraskaram to renowned agriculture scientist M.S. Swaminathan here on Monday, he said “Kashmir is an integral part of India and it will remain an integral part of India.”
India, he said, never saw any of its neighbouring countries as its enemy. If Pakistan also understood this fact, the problems in Kashmir would come to an end.
The award, instituted by Samskara Sahithi, the cultural wing of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) in honour of the late Panampilly Govinda Menon, carries a cash prize of `50,000, a statute and a citation.
