Jagan fallout: 29 Andhra MLAs, 2 MPs will quit

On Sunday, 29 MLAs and two MPs from the Congress, Telugu Desam and the erstwhile Praja Rajyam loyal to beleaguered Kadapa MP Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy said they would quit their seats and their parties.
Among these 29 are two TD MLAs and one Praja Rajyam MLA. The Lok Sabha members are Nellore and Anakapalli Congress MPs Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy and Sabbam Hari. The MPs and MLAs were upset with the mention of former chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy as a criminal conspirator in the FIR lodged in the cases involving Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy and others by the CBI in the illegal assets’ case.
