India set to get Headley direct access

Washington/New Delhi, April 28: India appears set to get direct access to Pakistani-American terror suspect David Coleman Headley  with the US agreeing to take “suitable steps” after a “very positive” meeting between top legal officers of the two countries.

Modalities for giving India access to Headley were discussed at a meeting on Tuesday between India’s solicitor-general Gopal Subramanium and US attorney-general Eric Holder.
