India offers 2 sets of dates for Pak talks

India has proposed two sets of dates in late March for the proposed home secretary-level talks to Pakistan.
The dates — March 21-22 and March 28-29 — were communicated to Pakistan last week. The government is still waiting for a response from Islamabad.
