Gujarat Riots Case: Court reserves orders till Feb 15

A report prepared by the Supreme Court-appointed Special Investigation Team on the 2002 Gulberg massacre was presented in a court in Ahmedabad on Monday.

However, it hasn't been made public. The court has reserved an order on applications seeking copy of SIT's report on complaint against Gujarat CM till February 15.

The SIT argued that the report needn't be made public right away and has left the decision to the court.

The report is the SIT's probe into Zakia Jafri's plea whose husband Ehsan Jafri was killed by a mob. Zakia has appealed to courts to probe Narendra Modi's role during the violence.
