Five charred to death in Bihar village fire

Five persons, including three children, were charred to death in a major fire, which gutted more than 25 huts at Migaon village in Bihar's Munger district.

The fire broke out late last night after villagers arranged a bonfire because of biting cold, official sources said on Saturday.

The fire soon spread and gutted more than 25 houses at the village in Mufassil police station area, they said.

Two adults and three children died of burn injuries, the sources said.
