Farooq meets J&K Governor

Srinagar: The ruling National Conference chief and Union minister, Mr Farooq Abdullah, called on the Jammu and Kashmir Governor, Mr N.N. Vohra, on Sunday evening and discussed the prevailing situation in the state.

The meeting at Raj Bhavan lasted nearly an hour, an official spokesman said.

The Governor and Mr Abdullah discussed a host of issues including recent developments in the state, he said.
