CBI names BCCI’s Srini in Jagan chargesheet

The CBI on Tuesday filed a chargesheet against Indian Cements chief and BCCI president N. Srinivasan for alleged criminal conspiracy and cheating in the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy illegal investments case.

Three separate chargesheets were filed by the CBI in the special CBI court for conspiracies relating to India Cements, Raghuram (Bharathi Cements) and Penna Cements.
YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, two IAS officials, M. Samuel and Aditya Nath Das, retired IAS official B. Krupanandam, industrialist Penna Pratap Reddy, promoter-director of Raghuram Cements J. Jaganmohan Reddy and others were named as accused.
