Cash-for-votes: High court bail for Kulkarni, five others

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday granted bail to Sudheendra Kulkarni, former aide of BJP leader L.K. Advani, and five others in the 2008 cash-for-votes scam.

Justice M.L. Mehta granted regular bail to former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs Faggan Singh Kulaste and Mahabir Singh Bhagora, former aide of Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh Sanjay Saxena and political activist Suhail Hindustani.

BJP MP Ashok Argal, currently out of jail, was granted anticipatory bail.
