BSP MLA declared absconder

Mr Yogendra Sagar, BSP MLA from Bilsi in Badaun district has been declared an “absconder” in the Jyoti Sharma rape case by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM).

Yogendra Sagar, his relative Brijendra Sagar and one Neelu Sharma were accused in the Jyoti Sharma rape case two years ago.
ACJM Avadhesh Kumar Gupta declared the BSP MLA as absconder after the latter did not turn for hearing in the case.
