BJP picks Raje Leader of the Opp.

In a surprising political development, the BJP has elected former chief minister Vasundhra Raje as leader for the Assembly at the party office on Saturday in presence of two Central observers Venkaiah Naidu and T.C. Gehlot. She will lead the party in the Assembly as the Leader of the Opposition.
Party observer Mr Naidu made this announcement after the meeting of BJP MLAs. According to the sources, some of the pro-RSS MLAs were not present in the meeting. Former minister Nand Lal Meena proposed her name while other MLAs supported her name.
