Another Hindu temple burgled in Bangladesh
Another Hindu temple has been burgled in Bangladeshi capital Dhaka, the fifth in recent months.
The burglars stole around five tolas of gold, seven tolas of silver and Taka 7,000 ($98.3854) in cash early yesterday from Sri Kali O Shib Mandir in the city's Sutrapur area, the Daily Star quoted Babul Devnath, secretary of the Mahanagar Sarbojaneen Puja Committee as saying.
Around 200 tolas of gold ornaments and Taka 4.5 lakh in cash were stolen from Dhakeshwari Mandir on Jan 9,while three other thefts were reported at different temples in the city in the last few months.
