Andhra school bus accident: Many children die

At least 14 children are reported dead after a school bus lost control and crashed into a canal in Andhra Pradesh's Khammam district.

The accident, on Tuesday afternoon, involved a bus from the LV Reddy School and TV reports claim it was carrying over 40 school children.

TV channels quoted eyewitnesses as saying the bus fell into the canal after trying to dodge a motorbike.

The accident also left 18 children injured.
