Airtel users face network problems

The consumers of Bharti Airtel in Delhi faced problem on Thursday as there was disruption in the company’s network in the evening due to some technical problems. The subscribers were complaining that they were not able to make or receive calls.
Bharti Airtel had 7.98 million customers in Delhi on March 31, 2011. Even Delhi police officers who are using Bharti Airtel connection faced problems. Some people spent anxious moments as they were not able to call their dear ones. “I have been trying to call my husband for the last two hours and am not able to reach him. He doesn’t have an alternate number. He usually calls me when he leaves office and today I have not received a call from him,” said a housewife. “An unforeseen technical outage had affected services on some of our circuits,” said Bharti Airtel.
