Advani's yatra to tour Tamil Nadu on Oct 27 and 28

BJP leader L. K. Advani, who has undertaken a nationwide yatra against corruption, will address a public meeting at Madurai on October 27 during his two-day campaign in Tamil Nadu, the party said on Tuesday.

State unit president Pon Radhakrishnan said the yatra will pass through different cities of Tamil Nadu on October 27 and 28 before proceeding to Kerala.

Advani will address a public meeting at Madurai on October 27 in the evening and proceed to Srivillputhur the next day, a party release quoted Radhakrishnan as saying here.

Covering Rajapalayam, Tirunelveli, Kadayanallur and Senkottai, Advani will later proceed to Thiruvananthapuram, the release said. Advani began his 38-day 'Jan Chetna Yatra' from Bihar on October 11 to take on the UPA government on the corruption issue and press for return of black money allegedly stashed abroad.
