Accused in Sena chief murder case surrenders
An accused in the Ranvir Sena chief Brahmeshwar Singh alias Mukhiyaji murder case on Saturday surrendered before the Bhojpur district police chief M.R. Naik, a senior police official said.
Sonu Chaudhary alias Mughal gave himself up at Nawada police station before Naik and was being questioned by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) in connection with his alleged involvement in the Ranvir Sena chief murder case, the Additional Director General of Police (ADG), Headquarters, Ravindra Kumar said.
The SIT had frisked Chaudhary in Katira locality in Bhojpur district on Friday forcing the latter to surrender before the police today, he said.
The accused was said to be a close associate of the two other accused Ritesh alias Monu and Sunny Singh who were arrested a couple of days ago in connection with the murder in Khopira village under Nawada police station area of Bhojpur district on June one last.
