14 killed in big fire in East Delhi

At least 14 eunuchs were killed and over 50 others, also mostly eunuchs, suffered burn injuries after a major fire broke out at a community hall at Nand Nagri in east Delhi on Sunday evening.

The incident took place while a three-day function for eunuchs was on. Around 500 eunuchs had gathered there. A senior fire official said 14 people died and 34 of the 50 injured were admitted to GTB Hospital.
