Women get to head 2 major state temples

In a major reshuffle, the government transferred 13 joint commissioner/executive officers of temples under the Endowment department on Wednesday. Three officers have been sent back to their parent revenue department while two women officials will head two temples. Principal secretary, revenue (endowments), Chitra Ramachandran said the postings were on “administrative grounds.”
M.M.D. Krishna Veni, joint commissioner and vigilance officer, has been made joint commissioner and executive officer of Sri Laxmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam, Yadagirigutta, replacing C. Prem Kumar. She will hold additional charge as additional commissioner, endowments (FAC). Mr Prem Kumar is posted as joint commissioner, estates, Office of Commissioner, endowments. He will retain the present charge of additional commissioner.
Jyothi Kurakula, regional joint commissioner, Hyderabad (Multi Zone III) has been transferred to the post of executive officer, Sri Raja Rajeswara Swamy Devasthanam, Vemulawada. She will retain the charge of additional commissioner, endowments (FAC). T. Appa Rao, special grade deputy collector and EO, Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Devasthanam, Vemulawada, has been sent to revenue department. Ch. V. Krishnajee Rao, joint commissioner, estates, Office of Commissioner, endowments, is posted as joint commissioner and vigilance officer. He will hold full additional charge of the post of regional joint commissioner, Multi Zone III, Hyderabad.
P. Purnachandra Rao, regional joint commissioner, Multi Zone II, Tirupati is posted as joint commissioner and executive officer, Sri Varasiddi Vinayaka Swamy Devasthanam, Kanipakam, replacing E. Srinivasa Rao. Mr Srinivasa Rao is posted as regional joint commissioner, Tirupati Multi Zone II. Prasadam Venkateshwara Rao, special grade deputy collector is posted as EO, Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthanam, E. Godavari. Ramchandra Mohan is transferred and posted as joint commissioner and EO, Sri Seeta Ramachandra Swamy Devasthanam, Bhadrachalam. N. Ch Badrinarayanacharyulu, special grade deputy collector and EO, Sri Seeta Ramachandra Swamy Devasthanam, Bhadrachalam, is directed to report to the revenue department.
Mr Ch Hanumantha Rao, special grade deputy collector and EO, Sri Brahmarambha Mallikarjuna Swa-my Devasthanam, Srisailam, is directed to report to revenue department. A. Rama Chandra Murthy, special grade deputy collector and special officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Warangal, is posted as EO Srikalahastheeswara Swamy Devasthanam, Srikalahasthi. N. Vijay Kumar, joint commissioner and EO, Sri Srikalahasteeswara Swamy Devasthanam, is directed to report in the Office of Commissioner, for posting.
