Vijayalakshmi has a lot to answer: KTR

The Telangana Rashtra Samiti on Monday stepped up its attack on the YSR Congress after the party honorary president Y.S. Vijayalakshmi said she proposed to campaign in Parkal. TRS MLA K. T. Rama Rao demanded Ms Vijayalakshmi to clearly spell out her party’s stance towards the Telangana issue. “She also owes the people an explanation on why her son Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy had gone to jail, Mr Rama Rao said.

“Has he gone to jail fighting on public issues or for Telangana?” he asked. This, Mr Rama Rao said, should be clarified before Ms Vijayalakshmi undertook the tour. “Before the last elections, YSR alleged that the day was not far when they would have to take a visa to visit Telangana. Ms Vijayalakshmi should explain on which visa would she be visiting Parkal,” Mr Rama Rao remarked.
