Two more TDP MLAs join YSR Congress
Two more TDP MLAs on Sunday announced that they would be joining the YSR Congress party.
The MLAs - N. Amarnath Reddy, representing Palamaneru constituency and Praveen Kumar Reddy of Tamballapalle called on YSR Congress party honorary president Y.S. Vijayamma at Lotus Pond here on Sunday.
Talking to reporters after the meeting, the MLAs said that the people have already boycotted the Telugu Desam Party and therefore, they have decided to join the YSR Congress party.
The TDP MLAs asked as to why TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu was not introducing the No Confidence Motion despite the fact that the Congress Government has failed on all fronts. They alleged that the TDP chief and Congress were having nexus and for the same reason the former is protecting the government from falling down.
They alleged that both the TDP and Congress were afraid of facing elections as they fear humiliating defeat at the hands of YSR Congress party.
They informed that they would formally join the YSRCP in the next few days.
