Some ministers may scrape thru disputed GOs

The Central Bureau of Investigation, in its counter-affidavit filed in the Supreme Court regarding the 26 controversial GOs pertaining to Kadapa MP Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy involving six ministers and IAS officials, has told the court that the role of some of the ministers has to be examined further even as it gave a clean chit to a few other GOs.

Ministers Ponnala Lakshmaiah, Sabita Indra Reddy and Dharmana Prasada Rao will be further examined regarding certain GOs, stated the CBI in its counter.

Though the investigating agency stated that the GO pertaining to Brahmani Steels would be examined, the cancellation of the GO has come as a big relief to minister J. Geeta Reddy who was involved in the issuance of the GO.
