Cops suspicious of hubby’s silence
Deceased Infosys employee Y. Neelima had wanted her death to appear normal. She had sent an e-mail to her husband Mr B. Suresh Reddy asking him to keep it a secret. In it she had asked him to make her death appear as a natural death and had also asked him to marry another woman.
In the mail she had also distributed her properties between her mother, sister and her husband. She had added that Mr Prasanth was only a good friend of hers and Mr Reddy should not misunderstand their friendship. “Your way of thinking is different from mine…I am paining you by being quiet…I am unable to adjust… I always wanted to live my life my own way...I like individuality and freedom…Your thoughts are entirely different…I am not trying to fault you... “Mana Iddarhiki set avadhu ra”…I am very sorry.”
The police, meanwhile, is retrieving the other mails sent by Neelima to her husband. Cyberabad police will also be investigating why the email suicide notes sent by her to various family members and friends were kept secret though they were received on July 31. A senior police official of Madhapur said, “We are going to ask her husband why he kept quiet when he received the last suicide note e-mail and didn't inform us during the investigation. Neelima’s friend Prashanth also kept quiet about the communications from her and allowed the mystery to continue.”
