CID finds weapons in Bhanu’s TV

The CID team that went to Seoni in Madhya Pradesh along with gangster Bhanu Kiran recovered weapons hidden in a TV set in his room. A revolver, pan card and three cellphones were found in the TV. He was staying in that room after he fled the city after killing factionist Maddalacheruvu Suryanarayana Reddy alias Suri. Sources in CID said that one Shaheed was grilled for helping Bhanu stay in Seoni and procuring documents.

Meanwhile, police found that Bhanu was involved in at least 15 major land settlements where the worth of properties run into hundreds of crores. Police also asked city and Cyberabad police to recover the illegal fire arms kept with some accused in the city by Bhanu Kiran. “Bhanu and Suri could get Handri Neeva project works with the help of these persons who had influential role in government,” said a cop.
