BJP’s Narendra suffers stroke, hospitalised
Senior BJP leader and former Union minister A. Narendra was admitted to Care Hospital, Nampally on Saturday after suffering a stroke.
Mr Narendra was not keeping well for some time and had out of active politics.
The BJP leader suffered a stroke and also developed a heart problem, following which he was admitted to hospital, said BJP national secretary K. Laxman.
Mr Narendra has been in active political life for the past four decades.
A strong Telangana supporter, he founded the Telangana Sadhana Sam-iti (TSS), only to merge it with the TRS. He joined the BJP after he was suspended from the TRS.
