Katie uses snail slime to brighten complexion

Katie Holmes is apparently trying to improve her complexion with the help of snail slime. The 34-year-old actress, who recently split from Tom Cruise last year, is rubbing in face creams enriched with mucin, a protein from the molluscs, the Sun reported.

According to Holmes’ friends, the Hollywood star loves the results. They also revealed that since last year was difficult for the mother-of one, she had a lot of catching up to do in her career, and thus felt the pressure of going all out to look amazing for auditions to land a dream film role.
Katie, who was recommended the snail gel by one of her friends, is really happy with how smooth her skin looks.
