Depp hates technology
Actor Johnny Depp hates modern technology and says he would love to “run away” from this life.
Depp believes developments in technology and a shift in choices of entertainment have led to people lose their sense of self. “Sometimes I’d like to run away screaming from our technology-obsessed world, the invasive media, the madness of reality TV,” contactmusic.com quoted him as saying. “We’ve lost touch with the simple things of life. We’re losing our individuality.”
Johnny, 47, lives in the south of France with his family, but he and Vanessa, 38, own a Caribbean island where they can retreat for some privacy, which the actor says is crucial to keep him sane. “The island might sound extravagant, but I need somewhere I can breathe easily,” he said. —IANS

J.Lo will do anything to be on serial Glee
American singer-actress Jennifer Lopez is yearning to appear on Ryan Murphy’s hit US musical drama series Glee, reveals actor Matthew Morrison, who plays teacher Will Schuester on the show.
“J.Lo definitely wants to. She runs over to me at parties asking whether I’ve spoken to Ryan yet, because she’ll ‘do anything’ to be on the show. She and her husband Marc Antony are obsessed with Glee,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Morrison as saying.
Other celebrities who have made guest appearances on the show so far include Britney Spears, Neil Patrick Harris and Gwyneth Paltrow.
