Cher to share family details in a documentary

Cher is all set to spill details about her family in an upcoming television documentary — Dear Mom, Love Cher.
The 66-year-old singer and her mum, Georgia Holt, have agreed to interviews with America’s Lifetime network, which will shed light on their unique relationship, News.com.au reported.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the hour-long documentary, which will also focus on Cher’s family history, will touch on Holt’s upbringing in rural Arkansas and how she helped her daughter to start her career during a “tumultuous” time of her own, when she was also a struggling actress, singer and entertainer. Cher said that the project started as a gift for her mom’s 86th birthday and was initiated by her sister Georganne.
