Spotless Sirens
Hide the flaws with the latest in beauty techniques. Beauty expert Bianca Hartkopf from Revlon suggests ways on how one can paint the blemishes away and work on a picture perfect skin.
With high definition make-up, it is easy to hide, disguise and cosmetically clear the scars away. This is specially designed to work and act under all types of light to make us look like we have perfect airbrushed skin, with minimised pores and no blemishes. This is meant not just for movie stars, but for everyone who wants to go glam.
Picture perfect
With social media making everyone want to post pictures at all times, it has become important to look good at all times. With high definition photo ready make up, you can transform yourself. The photochromatic pigments blend, reflect and diffuse light to provide full, yet undetectable coverage, a starry look is just an air-brush away.
In the spotlight
Men can try using tinted moisturisers with SPF and maybe a little concealer that matches your skin colour for a quick sheen. Here are some easy steps to look like an absolute glam diva in no time.
Lips don’t like
Use a lip liner to define your lips with a shade that matches your lip colour. This will define and shape your lips, making your lipstick long-lasting. Do not work with the extreme tip of the pencil. This can make your line too harsh and too pigmented. Play with your angle of application so you are using just the side of the top point. The finished line will look softer and a little more natural.
Go with a lip colour that will enhance and not overpower your look. You can get adventurous in the monsoons and go for something bright and colourful. Add some lipgloss at the centre of your lips to catch the light.
Get cheeky
Use a blusher to give your cheeks a healthy glow. Try using the incredible combination of contour and highlight. Apply a dark colour to the hollow of your cheekbones, blusher on your apples and highlight on the top cheekbones of your face.
Eyes are a window to your soul
Bright lights can make your eyes look smaller so make sure you use make-up that opens your eyes. Neutral shades like beige, browns, peachy pinks work well. Use a lot of mascara and curl your lashes to highlight your eyes under any light.
Instant glamour
Start with perfecting primer, to reduce the appearance of fine lines and pores. Massage well into the skin and leave for two minutes to absorb for a perfect canvas.
Sallow or dull looking skin can be instantly revved up with colour correcting primers. Use under eyes and all over the lids and then sculpt the face with a contour powder, blusher and highlighter.
