With the summer heat kicking in, fitness freaks are finding ways to dodge the heat and still stick to exercise regimes. From water aerobics to power swimming, fitness experts have coined a numerous workout patterns that help tackle the heat and are effective too.
Says Kala Lakshmi, fitness trainer at a leading gym, “Aqua exercises are most sought after in the summer. These exercises help flex the muscles, are a great stress-buster and are suitable for all age groups.”
Talking about necessary precautions that ought to be kept in mind, Kala says, “If aqua exercises are not practised right, it might lead to severe sprain and other complications. Even if it appears to be simple, exercises take time to be done properly.”
