A protein rich diet
QI want to know if you could give me some tips on how to increase my height. I am 15. My dad is 5ft 6inches and my mum is 5 ft 3 inches. I am just 5 feet now.

Make sure your diet is a balanced one. Maintain a high intake of protein —include eggs, fish, chicken and milk products in your diet. Have plenty of fruits and vegetables to get your vitamin of mineral intake. Also take up swimming and cycling.
Q I am 17 years old. My weight is 39 kgs. Due to my college schedule I missed breakfast and lunch daily. I used to have proper food only in the evening. Now I feel very weak. How do I overcome my weakness andhow do I increase my height and weight.

You are underweight for your age. You need to pay more attention to your eating habits. Do not skip meals. Have three meals and two or three snacks between meals. You can always have a glass of milk with a supplement and grab a few nuts for breakfast. Carry banana /peanuts/cheese as a snack.
Take a multivitamin supplement.
