Baichung Bhutia Football School will clash with Delhi Development Authority-A Football Academy in the final of the 2nd Delhi Soccer Association inter-academies Under-17 tournament for the Delhi United Cup.
In the semi-finals at the Ambedkar Stadium, DDA-A FA defeated counterparts DDA-B FA 4-1 in a one-sided encounter.
Kaveesh stood out with a hat-trick, scoring in the 2nd, 13th and 48th minutes of the game, while Jai Minocha struck in the 22nd minute. Shashwat scored for DDA-B in the 23rd minute.
Later, Baichung Bhutia Football School defeated Punjab Heroes FA 2-0 in their last-four encounter.
Kartik opened the scoring in the 9th minute and added to the tally in the 23rd minute.
In the Under-14 category, BBFS and Conscient FA will lock horns in the final, scheduled for Wednesday.

Modern School win
Modern School, Barakhamba Road, won the inter-school 16th S.N. Jauhar ‘Faquir’ Memorial inter-school tournament on Tuesday, beating Modern School, Vasant Vihar, 1-0.
The Barakhamba branch boys dominated from the start, allowing no leeway to their opponents. The lone goal came in the 20th minute through skipper Tejas Sirohi.
