Cold macaroni salad is a hot favourite dish
When you are alone at home and start feeling hungry, you just look upon something to munch. Instead of eating something unhealthy, you can cook a delicious cold macaroni salad, which is nutritive and yummy.
Cold macaroni salad
Ingredients
w Macaroni 1 packet (200 gm)
w 2 tbsp each (chopped) bell peppers, yellow, red and green
w 2 tbsp cucumber (chopped)
w 2 tbsp cherry tomato (chopped)
w 2 tbsp carrot (boiled)
w 2 tbsp french beans (boiled)
w 100 ml cream
w 1 cup mayonnaise
w Salt, according to taste
w Black pepper, according to taste
Method:
Boil the macaroni first. Make a smooth mixture of cream and mayonnaise. Then put all the chopped and boiled vegetables in the mixture. Add salt and black pepper, according to taste. Put the salad in freezer for sometime. Then relish it.
