Swamy plea in SC July 31

The Supreme Court on Tuesday decided to hear on July 31 the plea of Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy seeking fresh interpretation of the term “juvenile”, saying an individual’s mental age and not biological age should determine whether he or she is juvenile.
