Siblings kill parents for compensation?

An elderly couple was allegedly murdered by their son and daughter who were eager to grab compensation money that had come the father’s way, the police said on Wednesday. After the crime was committed on Tuesday in Parsol village

here, son Om Vir and daughter Krishna tried to quietly cremate father Nahar Singh (65) and mother Rajbeeri (63). But alerted by another son of the dead man, the police arrested Om Vir and Krishna. “Early in the morning, Om Vir took the bodies and cremated them,” SP Rakesh Kumar Jolly said.
