Polyclinic at Village treats 2,000 athletes

The polyclinic of the Games Village has till now treated two thousand athletes. Most of the athletes are coming for physiotherapy, however, there are others who have complaints of dental problems, chest pain, injury and stomachache. The athletes are taking full benefit of Kerala massage too.
A Delhi government official said that over 100 patients come daily on an average at the polyclinic and clinic in the Games Village.
“Most athletes come for physiotherapy while there are others who go for Kerala massage. However, there are considerable number of athletes who have problems ranging from dental problem, stomachache, fever, minor injury etc. and all are being treated,” the official said.
