L-G’s wife passes away

New Delhi

The wife of Delhi lieutenant-governor Tejendra Khanna passed away in a hospital here on Sunday following a brief illness. Mrs Uma Khanna, 66, had been admitted to the Liver and Biliary Institute in Vasant Kunj four days ago . She breathed her last at 4.25 am Sunday.
Chief minister Sheila Dikshit and Delhi Assembly Speaker Yoganand Shastri attended the cremation.
