Iran woman makes false rape call

An Iranian woman made a false PCR call that she was kidnapped by two men who took her to a hotel and raped her and robbed her cash and valuables. The incident has been reported from Amar Colony area of South Delhi.

A senior police official said the woman called the PCR and stated that she was abducted from Lajpat Nagar area by two guys who took her to a hotel in Amar Colony area where they robbed and raped her. “During investigation, we found that she only lost her bag and was scared of her husband. She then planned to cook up a story. Her bag was later found in DLF Mall at Vasant Kunj,” said the police official.
Meanwhile, the police arrested four persons for their alleged involvement in several cases of robberies. The police said they have recovered two countrymade pistols with live cartridges, knife and robbed cellphones from their possession.
The accused persons were identified as Salim alias Bhai, Shahzad, Firoz, and Subhash. The police official said the gang was being headed by Salim alias Bhai. The accused were arrested from Mundka area.
