Businessman shot, accused on the run

A 32-year-old businessman was shot dead in Sangam Vihar, southeast Delhi, on Tuesday evening.
A police official said that the accused, Praveen Kumar, is a registered medical practitioner. The deceased has been identified as Sanjay Kumar Jha.

“Sanjay came to meet Praveen at his clinic. They were having lunch with a friend Shashikant when they had an argument. In a fit of rage Praveen took out a pistol and pumped a bullet into Sanjay and fled,” said the police official. from the scene. Shashikant made a call to PCR to report the incident.
The police registered an FIR of murder under Sections 302 of the IPC and under the Arms Act against Praveen. We are conducting raids to nab Praveen, said the official.
