BSES cash counters to be open for 12 hours now
Delhi’s private power distribution company BSES Rajdhani Power Limited has extended its cash counter timings for 12 hours. Extending the time limits, the company has also provided easy bill outlets in the neighbourhood of their customers.
“The new payment options for its over 28 lakh customers. Customers in South and West Delhi will now be able to pay their bills in cash at Easy Bill outlets. On the other hand, cash counters at BYPL (BSES Yamuna Power Limited) division offices in east and central Delhi will now be open for 12 hours — from 8 am to 8 pm,” said a BSES spokesperson.
In addition to cheques, now the residents of south and west Delhi can also pay their electricity bills in cash at hundreds of east bill outlets in their neighbourhood. To begin with, this facility will be available at 492 easy bill outlets. Earlier, they could only pay by check at easy bill outlets. BSES has launched new payment options for its over 28 lakh customers.
“Facility to pay through cash at an easy bill outlet is part of an ongoing and continuous process at BSES to constantly upgrade the level of customer services,” said a BSES official.
