BJP rejects Cong 15-yr report card

Delhi BJP on Friday came up with a counter report card criticising the Congress government for its “misrule” during last 15 years.

Delhi BJP president Vijay Goel said, “The government is once again trying to misguide the people. It has released a report card of 15 years because it did not have any achievements to show in the last five years,” Mr Goel said.
He said that the party would come up with a more detailed document on government’s failure.
Slamming the Delhi government on various fronts, including high electricity tariff and safety of women, he alleged that the chief minister promised to turn Delhi into Paris but made it a slum.
Mr Goel claimed, “The chief minister had assured to turn Delhi into Paris, but has turned it into a slum. Half of the population in the city does not have basic amenities. About 40 per cent of the city does not have sewer lines and women still have to defecate in open.”
A BJP team, including five MLAs, prepared the report “No achievements, ample proofs, pack of lies and only loot, 15 years of Congress misrule ruined Delhi.”
