BJP to move amendment

The Delhi BJP, who always opposed the trifurcation of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, has now decided to move amendment in the Assembly sessions.
“Before taking a decision on trifurcation, the government should have taken

strong steps towards full statehood for Delhi. The Delhi government is not even attempting to secure Police, DDA and other agencies under its charge, but it is occupied trying to usurp the powers of MCD,” said Delhi Leader of Opposition V.K. Malhotra.
