All 4 friends denied bail

A city Delhi court on Friday rejected the bail pleas of the four youth arrested in connection with the murder of NRI student Anmol Sarna.

Metropolitan magistrate Deepak Wason dismissed the bail applications of Shivank Gambhir, Madhav Bhandari, Pranil Shah and Ritham Girhotra, who are in Tihar jail till September 30.
During arguments, the defence counsel argued that the court “should not restrain the liberty” of his clients and that they have the “right to be released.
