2 girl students, property dealer commit suicide

Two girl students and a young property dealer committed suicide in the city. 20-year-old Gayatri committed suicide by jumping into a canal in Bawana, outer Delhi, at 11.15 am. Gayatri, a first year student of Aditi College, had left home for classes on Friday morning. Locals spotted her and informed the police. A PCR van rushed her to

hospital where she died. No suicide note was found. The police is ruling out any foul play. In another incident, a 21-year-old girl committed suicide in south Delhi on Friday afternoon.
Shalini, a resident of Jasola Vihar and a B.A. final-year student was found hanging in her room. The police rushed her to Holy Family Hospital where she was declared brought dead,” said a senior police officer. No suicide note was found.
In another incident, a property dealer Arun Yadav, a resident of H-Block, New Roshanpura, Najafgarh, was found hanging from a ceiling fan.
Sources said the deceased was scolded by his father for staying out late.
