RP Academy clinch thriller

RP Academy edged past Ajmal Khan Club by one run in a keenly-contested match of the Foresight Hotweather Cup at the Shivaji College grounds here on Saturday.

Batting first, RP Academy posted for 216 in 45 overs, riding on Milind Tandon’s 57 and Surender Dayma’s 44.
The Ajmal Khan Club boys were in the contest till the very last but failed to hold on to their nerves to close out the game as they were bowled out for 215 with two balls to spare.
