All that girl talk!

I work in Doha and I played this prank when I came down to Hyderabad for my holidays. Instead of informing my friends about my arrival the usual way, I decided to try something novel. A day after I reached the city, I called each of my friends and imitating a girl’s

voice, I asked if they’d recognised me. Of course, they couldn’t!

I had a different girl’s name to give each of my friends. I ended my calls by asking the friend to meet me at a local hangout the next day. I was waiting for everybody’s reaction when they saw me instead of some girl. When I reached there, I found all my friends gathered together. While they were surprised to all be in the same spot at the same time, they were chatting away, pretending that they were just there by themselves and not waiting for anyone. I laughed away in a corner.

Finally, I went up to one of them and asked him which girl he was there to meet. He was shocked and embarrassed but soon figured out that I was the mysterious female caller of the day before. All my friends soon found out, and after a hearty laugh, we had a great time together. I will take the memories of our get-together when I return to Doha.
