In today’s competitive world, learning an additional language is always an asset. Students, especially job seekers are showing keen interest in learning foreign languages.
Be it Spanish, French, German or Japanese languages, Chennaiites are ready to learn and grab job opportunities in foreign countries.
M.K. Sathish Kumar, branch incharge, Chennai, Institute of Hispania at Santhome says, “Age is not a constraint when it comes to learning a new language.
In our institute at Santhome both students and working professionals are learning the Spanish language. There’re eight levels to complete the course. Usually, students between 15 and 25 years are fast learners.”
Mr Kumar adds that if a student completes two levels then it means he has successfully completed the foundation.
“Students also learn Spanish as it will help them when they go abroad to pursue higher studies. The cost is Rs 8,700 per level and many software professionals from reputed companies learn Spanish as it will be useful for them when they contact clients from abroad,” adds Kumar.
When it comes to learning French, Chennaiites show enormous interest as French is the second most influential language in the world.
