CMDA plots at reasonable prices soon
Three and a half decades after creating a satellite township at northern part of Chennai, Manali, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) is planning another township in the locality, and has proposed to form new residential layouts on the land owned by it there.
Over 300 residential type plots will be soon created and sold to the public at reasonable cost. At a time when real estate prices are hitting the roof, this move will certainly be a boon for aspiring homebuyers.
Sources in the urban development department told DC that the project named as ‘Manali Township phase-2’ would be created on a piece of land measuring 20 acres close to the existing township.
