Floor tiles major Regency Ceramics Ltd on Wednesday declared a lockout at its unit in Yanam, Puducherry, which was burnt down during last week's labour unrest.

After Friday’s violent incidents at the Regency Ceramic Factory in Yanam, the company’s chairman and managing director, Mr G.N. Naidu, said on Saturday that it might not be possible to reopen the fact
