An Italian tour crushed through a sidewall of a highway bridge in southern Italy, and plunged some 30 meters (100 feet) into a wooded ravine, killing at least 38 people, authorities said Monday.

At least 15 people were killed when a bus carrying Thai tourists overturned on a highway after a trip to Malaysia's cameron highlands, police and reports said Monday.

Six Filipino workers were killed and 22 others were injured when a bus collided with a trailer truck in western Japan on Sunday, the police said.
